Historia Universalis. What is it about?

Well… theoretically, it’s an, let’s say, artificial environment where you can access, see, visit, and follow characters from any moment in history, any location. As if you were there. No, it’s not just about the history of Homo Sapiens. It’s about any species that lived in the Milky Way galaxy. And if you’re not interested in history… you can take a visit just to admire a sunrise from millions of years ago. On Earth, the Moon, or any other planet you find intriguing. Sounds like science fiction, doesn’t it?

How can it be accessed?

I wish I could tell you that it’s truly possible. But… it’s not about our reality. At least not about our everyday reality. Not yet… It’s just one of the concepts you’ll encounter as you explore the science-fiction universe presented in the books, novellas, or short stories published. In everything I’ve written and will continue to write (hopefully over many years), the virtual library “Historia Universalis” will be present. Perhaps not always in an obvious form…

And yet… Why science fiction?

In the frantic rush that life has become for most of us, it seems we increasingly forget about some of life’s “secrets.” One of these secrets is “imagination.” Yes. I believe that people are encouraged to unlearn imagination. However, I have faith in the generations that come after us. And I still trust that they will understand that “science fiction” often means “current imagination” with possibilities of “future reality”

“Historia Universalis” does not belong to Homo Sapiens.

Nor to conscious artificial intelligence.

Or any other species.

It is the objective history of what life means.

It’s about the past of the galaxy.

About those who were and are no more.

About decisions and their impact.
